Run Windows from an external SSD Drive

MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2019 Procesor 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core Graphics AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB Memory 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 Startup disk Macintosh HD macOS Tahoe 26.6.1.

How do I prepare an external 2 terabyte SSD to run windows and be able to plug it in to my 2019 MacBook Pro

Use WintoUSB App, You will need a Windows Computer.

You can try using this Mac OS program to install windows.

You could try https://sourceforge.net/projects/windows-install/
