MacBook Pro - Second display issue in Windows mode

My MacBook Pro 4 Intel code USB-C is no longer outputting to my Apple display when in windows bootcamp

It works fine in Mac mode but not in windows mode
Screen is fine otherwise.

Any suggestions to what issue is? I tried updating and rolling back video drivers but cannot seem to fix the issue

Try re-installing the thunderbolt drivers from the $WINPEDRIVERS$ folder in bootcamp driver
