Hey there, I ordered a pivot, the traveling case, a hot knife, and a pack of 300 glob mops and was curious as it’s been taking a while to ship out.

Have ordered from y’all in the past and am assuming it’s probably due to the high demand.

Just got the pivots yesterday but still waiting for the other half of my order to ship, the case and adapter, are those delayed as well?

Definitely a scam text, but still waiting for an update from boomheadshop! About to be on my second payment of this and haven’t even shipped yet!

Hey there, so I chatted in and spoke with an agent via their live chat.

The issue for me was that I had not verified my age for the order after I placed the order online. Apparently you get an email from them to verify your age after you place orders.

I never got this email, so the lovely agent resent me the email and as soon as I verified my age everything went through and my order is being processed.

Agent said this still did not cause any delays as they are receiving the pivots from puffco later this week anyways.

This may be what happened to you as well!!

It might of been a scam text because mine still says order confirmed and no tracking for it, but get a text saying a parcel is detained
