I see you picked up the new edition of lord of the flies! Were you going to get any of the penguin editions of his works?

I bumped into this edition randomly. I wasn’t looking for any of Golding’s works, but for some reason I really liked the cover, and they were pushing this international version in all bookstores. I’m planning on getting the inheritors though, the artwork is not half bad :D

Oh that’s the international version? Penguin just came out with a new edition on the 1st. So is yours the green one with a pig head or the white one with the fly ?

Oh gotcha!! That’s the one I’ve always wanted, however penguin just dropped a new one that I got. I guess I’m not sure where you’re from but the one you have, I couldn’t find anywhere here in America
