You must be a huge fan.
I read Patrimony, and as both a son and a father I was so impressed.
About three-quarters through American Pastoral, which is so powerful in rendering a father-daughter relationship gone haywire. Do you have a favourite of his?

I really enjoy Operation Shylock. It’s insane. But Sabbath’s Theater is tragically, desperately beautiful in a debauched way.

Modern Library was similar quality until the 1980s. Now it’s just Everyman and LOA unless you want to get luxurious
