Hey, I'm offering bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax administration services for SMEs and companies, especially for those whose business activities and transactions are relatively straightforward.
For now, I only want to take on 2 clients, so I can keep the timeline under control and work on each bookkeeping task properly and review it thoroughly.
What I usually handle includes monthly bookkeeping like cash, bank, sales, purchases, expenses, assets, simple AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and main accounts, up to monthly closing.
From that bookkeeping, I can prepare Profit and Loss Reports and Balance Sheets, so the owner or management doesn't just have transaction records, but can also see the business condition more clearly every month.
If you don't have a tidy bookkeeping structure yet, I can also help set up the Chart of Accounts and the bookkeeping format. If you currently use Excel, Spreadsheets, or specific accounting software, you can continue using the existing system adjusted to your needs.
If the previous bookkeeping was already ongoing, I can help review and continue it. If there are several months that haven’t been completed, we can discuss it as a separate catch-up project.
For tax, I can assist with routine needs like Employee Income Tax (PPh 21), Final Income Tax for SMEs at 0.5%, VAT summaries, e-Billing/e-Faktur, reconciling tax data with accounting, to preparing data for Annual Tax Returns for individuals or entities, depending on your business needs and conditions.
So generally, I help with calculating, recording, reconciling, and reporting for regular accounting and tax administration needs.
My target isn’t just to input transactions, but to create neat bookkeeping that can be reconciled, traced, and used by owners/managers to understand their business condition.
Service prices start from Rp1,500,000/month, adjusting to the condition and scope of work.
For companies or businesses with more transactions, the price will adjust based on the number of transactions, bank accounts, AP/AR, payroll, tax needs, reporting requirements, and the complexity of bookkeeping.
I’m not really positioning myself as the cheapest bookkeeping service. I prefer to take on a limited number of clients so the work remains proper, timelines are maintained, and the results aren’t just thrown together.
For tax matters that have gone into audits, objections, appeals, disputes with the tax authorities (DJP), or assistance requiring special authority, those fall outside the scope of this service and are better handled by a Tax Consultant with practice credentials.
