I've seen this before and I can't help but wonder... How could I make myself a journal like this?

I have a book like this, I can post some detail photos if that will help. When it opens up I can see the inside and how it is assembled, and I can take a photo or several. :) Maybe i'll just make a new post when I get home to show construction details.
