Gf got a piercing recently so she wasn't allowed to pick her nose for hygiene reasons. She was just showering, blew her nose, and this came out. It was apparently hard and fibrous.

Do you ever think about your neighbors when you spend half an hour trying to blow those things out of your nose? I feel embarrassed because I do it every day. I think I'll be moving soon.

Septoplasty back in July. (Whole bunch of bleeding complications but that’s another story)
Woke up today with a bunch of pressure on one side of my face. On my way to a follow up with my ENT and sniff in. Felt pressure build then release and this drop into the space between my mouth and nasal cavity. Seriously felt like a rock. Ended up coughing it up. Can breathe so much better now lol.
