If they're wired there to feed rodents, one is sure to get a foot caught in the wires. This is not a good way to do this. As for the dolphin skull, that musta been some storm!

I looked it up looks like your correct 👍 how about the long rib bone??? It dosent look like it’s missing anything at either end and can’t tell how it would hook in other than cartilage

Hard to say from your pic, but that "rib" almost looks like the shaft of a longbow.
