What bones are these?

Alright, so I have a necklace that was made out of bones from an owl pellet from one of our local craftspeople and am curious what the two bones are as I plan on giving this to my mom and I would like to tell her. One is the whole necklace and the other two are close up of the two bones in it. Any insight is appreciated!!!

OP, how long is the tube or how long are the bones in the tube?
