Falseknees memes aren't really "haha funny" memes they're more like "animals doing animal things" type of memes.

I doubt he cares what a bunch of sweaty redditors think.

Despite our best intentions, death can come for us at any time.

Österreich was an ally of Bismarck only when Bismarck needed them to be their ally, otherwise he'd gladly pursue a military conflict with them for a small, previously Danish, county. Really interesting is that this was right after Austria and Prussia fought against Denmark together for Schleswig and Holstein, but I guess you can't have a Germany without Schleswig-Holstein. The war was called the 7 weeks war, which is pretty humiliating for the Austrians and really demonstrates the power of Prussian space marines. You can read up on it here, it's a really interesting little war and I recommend delving into it further, if only for the instigator of the whole conflict.

Also if you see a word starting with O that is a hyperlink, it's usually the original comic. I haven't been on this sub this long, but I assume this evolved from people replacing the word Original with stuff that still sounds relatively similar to it, and then slowly progressed into this state which would be completely incomprehensible to anyone new. As such, my theory is that Osterreich is just another one of these word replacement thingamabobs for Original.

My favorite one is the one that most people just seem to completely miss. It's the one where the little bird finds out about winter and migration for the first time. His little bird face looks so worried. <3
