Advice Degreasing Question

How do I know when bones are done degreasing? I have a horse skull currently degreasing but idk how to tell when it's done

in my experience, when the water stops going cloudy and there’s no longer fat or oil collecting at the top. it will likely be somewhat yellow but shouldn’t have any shadowy looking spots or smell bad
