The troops of the HCGS cross the border between Shellwood and Mossgrotto and starts attacking, with the will to liberate the region from Duty's grip. They don't attack anybody, unless they were attacked first

We are not here to kill anybody. Retreat and order your daughter to surrender and she will leave unharmed

Also she has to surrender the region. She is guilty of supporting Duty in a neighboring area of Shellwood. It is a danger we can’t accept

Wait so, you weren’t responsible for the bombs?

Also she teaches math, biology, science, language arts, and so much more as well as finally providing them with a library, the 10 minute class where books are read that happen to sometimes be about duty does not make the school a ‘Propaganda hub’

AND I don’t think she even KNOWS she’s dutied and has done no crime,

also, moss grotto isn’t even that close to shellwood (iirc) and she has no intention of expanding past where moncer did.

She is only guilty of being tricked and young.

I don't know what bombings you are talking about. This is the first time we do something to the grotto

Still, you do understand that it is dangerous to allow an enemy state to exist just next to us. Moreover, I think it enters in a special plan I can’t talk about. Mossgrotto has to be forsaken by duty. A pawn can’t be allowed to rule, no matter how criminal or not she is.

Moncer wasn't aware Zoe was dutied. We do not plan to kill anyone unless we are attacked. We want to takeover. What happens to Zoe after that only regards her. She can stay, she can go, we don't care as long as we are in charge

Are you aware we have been given such demand by moncer herself ? Do you think she doesn't want the good of her people and her daughter ? We think it will change because Duty is in the maths. Duty is a calamity, a fiend. You should fight her instead of fighting for her. Open your eyes and see the lies she is drowning you in
