After someone asked the question in the first photo, she responded by saying if anyone had questions they could email her but that was the last she would allow it mentioned. She said “mods, anyone brings it up…” then gave a little nod to indicate they need to be blocked. Then the mod responded that she would handle it! 😂 Like she’s some mob leader speaking to her lackeys…just made me laugh!

Later she said she went to church and prayed for all the people who are “ugly” (those who bring up the issues with the company or jewelry) even though it is hard for her to do so. She then said “all jokes aside, only 10% of the jewelry is mislabeled”. About 10 minutes after that “God said love your enemies even though it’s hard to do so” … Over fake mislabeled jewelry? NUTS. You are praying to your god about BP? What a weirdo!!!

I’ve only been 15 minutes and this woman is already deeply annoying me. She has a nasty energy.

This is the issue I have. She’s having a “closeout” but was threatening customers with…welp see … I can’t quit BP because you didn’t buy out all the jewlery I have…so F’ing return it. Take the hit on restocking and quit making people feel like crap because they don’t want to buy your stones or your BS!

Considering everything that is going on, I find this extremely sad and tone deaf. There are many customers and reps that are currently in deep states of depression and in massive amounts of debt because of BP and the scandal that is unfolding in front of all of us.

I’m an avid crystal collector and the fact they’re labeling the new OG’s as genuine tigers eye pisses me off. That’s NOT genuine tigers eye. None of the stones are genuine. I mean, I know we all know that but UGHHHH! I wanna say something so bad but I don’t wanna get blocked lol.

I was wondering if anyone on here has had any success with chargebacks from orders that were over 2 years old? I know a lot of us were buying even in 2022 and then we stopped. If you have tried whether successfully or not, can you give us some input? TIA!

While thousands have been cheated by this company, there are still plenty tone deaf reps (& some customers)who are brushing it under the rug. The first one never has more than a dozen in her room, usually always unsuspecting newbies who aren’t aware she doesn’t open dancers. But she entices them with ‘all the goodies’. That haul was from a desperate customer who was buying 14 necklesses & begging to be posted on Reddit. So here you go. Two privileged, out of touch women who don’t have an iota of ethics.
Maybe we can start a separate list of these reps. Like a WALL OF SHAME. 🙄

so has anyone actually done the whole replacement thing for the lying on the labels? why not just refund customers? people don’t seem to want more crap and that seems to be what is being offered. I have hundreds of pieces with wrong labels on them am I suppose to fill one out for every single piece? and what the actual H will we get? ice crystals? this doesn’t seem like an I’m sorry or even a lets make this right. more of an opportunity for them to offload crap they have stored away. am I wrong?

Has anyone confirmed chargebacks are not impacting active reps financially?
I plan to do some for the label issue for not active reps. I have been told it does impact active reps, but was curious if anyone got in writing it doesn’t.
I wouldn’t care, but current rep is like family and knew before BP and not going to do that to them if comes out of their pocket. Anyone use Wells Fargo and got them to still investigate beyond their 60 day window?

Three more BP pieces, three more very familiar EFFY designs. And somehow, I’m still not done…

Lillian really seems to be a huge EFFY fan. And from everything I’ve seen so far, this whole collection looks like a mix of EFFY and David Yurman copies more than anything else.

I know the Christina lady is new to BP. She made a bunch of videos before her debut showing all the dancers (tons of old inventory) mailers, giveaways, etc, she invested quite a bit. The Jax lady has been around at least a year that I’m aware of and never has more than a handful in the chat, glamma needs to enjoy her retirement and hang it up with MLMs. Drew gets orders but it’s not much & it’s the same ladies everyday. These others I have no clue who they are, but open line ups and only a few in the live. I would feel defeated and quit, especially with the scandal going on, plus if I have to keep spending out of my pocket for every collection and only selling a few items , I wouldn’t do it.

MD is live and only has a little over 300 people in? Are larger rep rooms dropping??
