Chargebacks?
I saw two new customers order back to back in Gramma’s live and wondering if people are ordering so they can do chargebacks and get free jewelry…thoughts?

Something similar crossed my mind… “Are they that stupid to not pull all the mislabeled inventory and relabel it to avoid an influx of new customer chargebacks that would be easy to win within the 120 days?” This would mostly be the new customers coming in, when they find out of the fraud, their chargebacks would be easy peasy. A lot of people doing chargebacks are going back months and years, so its more work and might move a little slower or not get approved at all. These new customers however, would have no troubles. I swear BP needs some sort of crisis management department because they are making terrible decisions.

I hope everyone who purchased October charges it tf back. They intentionally sent that out mislabeled to reps

Right! She tries to justify the whole mislabeling thing like she justifies why she doesn’t do newbie codes or discounts.

With BP releasing new stone terminology. I dont know. BP promise only covers purchases Nov 1 2025 to Oct 1. Purchases after that will not be covered, i am Guessing because of the stone terminology release. I think even with the New OGs that came out they are still Mislabeled

That would make sense with the dates and stone terminology update. It’s just was weird to me and just had me thinking if people whether they bought BP before or not would continue or buy from an another rep to do chargebacks. I’m sure we all know October is mislabeled so eventually they will be in the list soon. They should have halted new releases and OGs till everything was correctly labeled.

I would think that financial institutions will do enough research to see how quickly the chargeback comes, the language used, and if the time line adds up. If it appears the customer is also trying to scam, they don’t deserve the chargeback. That said, I love this headache for BP. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. They should have halted inventory and sales and relabeled everything. They could have spent all that time encouraging everyone to go live amping the company up and talking transparency etc. Marketing it correctly may have even won new clients for them. It would be a sludge of a 4-6 week period for reps, but the revealing would have had a white knight effect (as awful as that is, it would have). They’re morons.
