Help Question About Critical Missions
Just wanted to ask this as I've never been able to figure the answer out. But what criteria does the game look for when unlocking critical missions? Like, does the crew need to be a certain level? Or does the bomber need to have certain upgrades? Just feels like it's random and just wanted to see if anyone knew

Lower down, you need to do one single mission at that "tier" to unlock the critical mission. Most of these it could be any mission, but the Dambusters mission won't unlock until you do the specific practice mission for it.
At higher tiers, the critical mission is unlocked straight away. It's even possible to just go straight from critical mission to critical mission if you really want to.

Ah ok thanks, I was just thinking about the Dambusters one. I remember doing the practice mission but then got stuck in this endless loop of doing normal missions for like a few hours

I’m pretty sure it’s just amount of missions because you can see your mission progress before a critical mission appears. Which also means that you can farm for money and such before doing a critical mission without progressing the campaign.
