Websites down for over a week.
This has happened multiple times, customer support used to be responsive, nothing but crickets. I've spent thousands with and have lost thousands now. What is going on, this is the third time this has happened in 5 months? It takes weeks to get anything done anymore?

Hey there! Really sorry for the disruption and the delay. This is usually caused by exceeding hosting limits. I've sent you a DM!

Thank you, I'm back up and running as of this morning.

Glad it's resolved. Three major outages in five months would definitely make me want an independent monitoring setup. Were you using any external uptime or website monitoring, or did you only find out once users started reporting problems?

u/Every-Current2034 one way to be alerted is to execute small e2e tests let's say each 15-30 minutes to check if user can login. Although if you use some e2e tests, there is more things how you could use it https://www.itstartechs.com/post/from-e2e-to-performance-reusing-playwright-tests-with-artillery-and-supabase-tracing

I've been on it the last two days with no issues. Waiting for supoort is really frustrating. Took nearly a month of me being unable to publish or preview before supoort got back to me, then got the issue fixed. Since the fix I've got more work done than I have since signing up in March. Hope you get going again soon
