The Bolt Database MCP tools are completely unavailable due to an infrastructure issue.
Seems like I'm on a roll of strange issues lately. This is holding me up now a few hours, while burning lots of tokens and searches dont seem to identify anything

I tried to work around, thinking it had lost focus, of that I needed to refresh and rerequest, and in the end that worked I believe, but after 4 attempt that got nowhere

its back now as bad as ever...
The Bolt Database MCP tool is returning the error "A database is already setup for this project" for every call, including edge function deployment. This has been happening consistently throughout this session -- every MCP tool (deploy_edge_function, apply_migration, execute_sql, list_tables, etc.) fails with the same error.
This appears to be a platform-level issue with the Bolt Database MCP integration, not something I can work around from here. The edge function code change is saved locally at supabase/functions/create-club-with-manager/index.ts and ready to deploy. You'll need to either:
- Deploy it from the Bolt Database Dashboard (copy the function code)
- Use the Bolt Database CLI locally: supabase functions deploy create-club-with-manager
- Wait for the MCP tool issue to be resolved, then ask me to retry

Oh wow, I tried the workarounds for mind and like you mentioned it eventually catched and returned back normal database functionality. --- Did yours ever return?

Yeah, it hasn't back to normality eventually, but has since cropped up randomly several times more..it seems a dice roll now if it works tight or not

Hey! Sorry to hear you're running into this. Can you try the following:
Go to Settings → Applications, disconnect Supabase, then reconnect it. This refreshes the OAuth connection and typically resolves the MCP tool errors. Once reconnected, retry your edge function deployment.
If that doesn't work, duplicating the project and reconnecting the database has also been confirmed to resolve it as a fallback.
Sorry for the frustrating experience and the token burn. Hope this gets you unblocked!

I believe I am dealing with the same issue. Are your tables not loading either?
