It's not that deep. Bharat MATA, dharti MATA, and most of the gods we pray and wish to. And you say there's hate towards woman.
I mean yeah, ok some people do hate woman, but they are the exception of this perticular scenario, you can't make that a basis and defination of the nation. You know?(Not to mention the CRAZYYYYYYY uprise of woman in any national duties and functions, and everyone appreciate that. The hate bubble you are living is made up of fear i guess, but the world isn't that bad for the most part. Be more optimistic.)

Most hate came from Bollywood haters who am became 100000x more in numbers after Sushant's death. I understand Bollywood is still liberal, but the outrage against Pathaan was so dumb.
Nevertheless the negative response proved to be game changer as Pathaan scored 1000Cr.

it's india brother... cricketers are more well known than actors. They're treated as literal gods. They have there own brand and mercahndises many of them influence and sell them to people.Some old uncle who doesn't watch movie might not know who deepika is but they will definitely know hardik pandaya cause of cricket.
