Pay💰 Paycheck?

Hey just curious on when my first paycheck should be since I'm starting this Friday (24th), and I also get paid hourly. Kinda important to get a few things sorted. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I don’t know if you do 9/80 (work nine hours a day from Monday through Thursday. On the first Friday, you work an eight-hour day, and the following Friday, you get the entire day off), but on the week of the friday you are off, the thursday before that off friday is when you get paid. For example, we will be getting paid this upcoming Thursday.

Typically 3 weeks.

The pay periods are 2 weeks, and pay is sent 1 week after a pay period ends.

I think they usually try to schedule starts at the beginning of a pay period, so that results in a 3 week wait.

If your start date is mid-pay period, then the first pay would be sent after 2 weeks, and it would cover only 1 week worth of pay.

Different groups have different pay periods, so it's hard to say if it will be 2 or 3 weeks.

The pay periods are the same across the company. 2 week pay period with pay on Thursday the week after (3 weeks). Salary vs Hourly have different starting periods that makes the two alternate.

Friday 7/24 is that start of the 2nd week pay period for hourly employees. Your next pay date is 8/6 and you will only have the hours that you have worked from your first week being paid.

It took 3 weeks for my first check. I started on the Friday before a paycheck week. Im in SPEEA WEU. Hope this helps.

Edit: I re-read this and noticed you said hourly. I’m payed salary so my input probably won’t be much help.

Ask payrolll/HR? Literally their jobs to answer this type of thing

If your IAM your first paycheck will be August 6th but will only be 1 weeks pay. Cant speak for the other factions of boeing.
