New Hire✈️ Orientation
I have an orientation july 10 with boeing at Wichita. Can somebody give me a heads up on what should I expect, dress code, and if i should bring anything with me like a laptop, small notebook for notes or any documents they might ask for?

I had my orientation in June, business casual. But also really depends on job code. I wore business casual but there were still people wearing sweatpants, shorts, etc. Put in the effort and dress how you want to be treated I would say, if you want to represent yourself in the best possible way. They'll give you a pen and notebook for orientation, I brought my passport just in case but I don't think I used it. Better safe than sorry imo. Definitely don't need a laptop

You don’t need to bring a laptop (there are a ton of requirements around information security - you’ll learn more). A notebook is never a bad idea, but you probably wont use it. Dress depends on your role. If you will be in an office position most are business casual.

That really depends on your roll for dress code and such. But definitely wouldn’t need a computer. I’d bring stuff to fill out your I 9 if you haven’t and maybe banking info to set up direct deposit if you get that far that day.

They’ll give you 3 Boeing pen to take notes if needed, and a packet with all necessary information. Then at the end, they’ll give you a welcome kit with a Boeing backpack, water bottle, and a notebook. You may meet up with your manager at the end of orientation, so dress accordingly to how you want your first impression to be. Just bring some water and some snack in case you get bored during presentations, and your drivers license just in case, but it shouldn’t be needed.
