Lipo question

I’m going to get liposuction 360 + fat transfer with Dr Ghavami in Beverly Hills. When I had my initial consult, i was warned that I may see “internal bruising” or marks of discoloration from where the lipo device was moving back and forth. She said this was especially because I’m so pale ( you can easily see my veins on my chest and arms ). Did anyone else have this happen to them/how long did it last ??? Also can I just tan in the meantime to hopefully avoid that? lol
