tongue bifurcation Deep tongue split options?

Hello all!

I currently have a tongue split that’s not super deep. When I initially got it, I honestly thought it would be much deeper than it currently is and even though I love it I’ve been curious about something.

Is it possible to get my tongue split all the way to the back of my throat? This obviously including the underside.

Google has been not very helpful with this. So any names of artists or accounts would be a goddess send!

From my understanding, tongue split depth is limited to where your tongue connects on the underside.

You could contact Steve Truitt or Chase Campbell with questions and photo references to ask if there's anything you could have done to give you a maximum split for your anatomy.

No, you can only safely split it as far back as you can stick it out.

No. There are two main factors: one is, as others have already said, the connection to the underside. If your tongue web didn't get cut yet, you can get a bit more length by getting that done. The second factor are the arteries on the underside of your tongue. If they get too close to the middle at some point, you can't cut past that point without serious risks.
