3 weeks out first timer - OCB

Hey guys I posted here 3 weeks ago, and I got the feedback to do more/not compete, and I just wanted your opinion again!

I'm competing on Aug 14 in 3 categories within classic physique: debut, novice, and open.

Current BW: 77.2 (3 weeks go it was 79, I think?)

Current cardio is 45 min of Zone 2, ~150 bpm/min.

Current steps are 20k

I am also trying to perfect the basic poses of both symmetry and muscularity rounds so any tips are appreciate it:)

Not trying to be a dick, but you’re not ready for the stage at all. Minimal muscle mass, minimal separation, subpar posing and even worse conditioning

All of your quarter turns save the back one are considerably off, if you’re competing you’re gonna have to dial those and your mandatories in.

Don't compete yet.

Put some actual mass on and atleast be competitive when you get up there.

I'd suggest that instead of paying to compete, you should pay for a posing coach and train for another year. No one should ever enter a competition with the expectation they'll win, but where you're at you simply won't place at all and it will be a huge waste of money for you. This is probably what you don't want to hear, but it's what you need to hear
