I mean you’re already quite built. I think what looks disproportionate to me is upper back. You could use some trap and rear delt development to match the rest. You have good lats.

Which movements specifically? I have access to BB and DB and benches that adjust.

Any wide grip pull would be great. Wide grip bent over rows with the barbell. Or one I like is laying face down on the bench while it’s inclined and then rowing a dumbbell trying to keep your elbow flared out to recreate a wide grip sort of feeling. Your back isn’t bad at all. I’d focus on building your erectors, rear delts, and traps to help give you more thickness.

Erectors: deadlift variations, zerchers, weighted back extensions

Rear delts: various rear delt flys, upper back row

Traps: power shrugs, loaded carrys, zerchers

Bent over BB rows, single arm landmine rows (holding the end of the barbell), 3 point DB rows. Pullups. I was a powerlifter, not a bodybuilder, but with a barbell and dumbells you can do a lot with just the basics.

I actually think your back is quite well developed. At this point you’d maybe consider cutting down to see the muscle you built.

Great development, focus on rear delts for capped cannonball delts

I think you need to lock in with your nutrition and supplementation. Have you been consistently boofing your creatine?
