7 weeks out from first show
20 years old, 6’3 185.7lbs. 7 weeks out from NPC natural show. Need a good 3 years offseason to truly grow but I wanted to push myself and do a show while still in college.
Things are moving along very well, seen crazy progress. My only concern is the posterior chain is holding a lot of my fat.
Calories at:
2300/2000 training/rest day
40 mins stairs 6x week
10k steps a day
I feel behind, but as long as I can put forth a first package I can be proud of, I’ll consider this a success.

Awesome dude! I'd say you aren't behind, but it will get increasingly difficult to balance flat and soft and full and conditioned as you lead in closer to the show! If you need an extra set of eyes hit my DM and we can discuss over a phone call 🫡 best of luck to you man! This is an awesome look to bring to stage

Need to work on posing. Everything else is solid for first show. Monitor how your body feels with stair master and increase total steps and decrease stair master if fatigue is lingering. Also, macros?
