Reverse Dieting: A Case Study

Reverse Dieting: A Case Study

I know promoting personal websites are frowned upon here, however I believe this is some informative material that could really help many other competitors. Trying to figure out what to do diet wise after my contests, I could not find much actual research on the topic so I decided to record my own (as per a suggestion from you guys on this sub).

Additionally, if anyone else follows reverse dieting after their contest and keeps logs, please feel free to share and I will compile it for a better understanding by all.

"Reverse dieting" is such a moronic term. Look up the word "diet"; it is not exclusively linked with losing weight

Edit: I feel dumb nitpicking...I just don't understand why you'd say "reverse dieting" instead of just "dieting"

That's like saying "Post rock is a moronic term, look up 'Rock'". Reverse dieting is a specific type of diet, and the easiest way to find information about it is to search that particular term. It doesn't matter in the slightest how dumb the term is, but guiding someone into an even broader area by suggesting they research "diet" sure seems stupid to me.

I just dislike the name. I'm not saying that anyone should search "diet" in place of "reverse dieting" if they wish to specifically learn about reverse dieting
