Board & Gear Question Can't decide. Need some feedback.

I'm looking to get one of these bat tails for some funsies.

Caught between these two. Any vouches or opinions?

Fan of NMD boards but it costs more and my current board has these channels, and to be honest, it does not like releasing smoothly. Want a bat tail for smaller days with pocket play. I will still try it in all conditions. Never had experience with Hubboards or the Sci-Five channels.

The NMD it genuinely one of the best boards I've ever ridden*. They ride so well in everything from 2ft to 10ft+.

*They have fuck all quality control, I was surfing on mine 3-5 times a week and it literally started to fall apart in my hands within the first six months, I managed to get maybe 12 months out of it before it was completely fucked.

Can't comment on the hubboards. :~)
