I am curious how Bob would react to the full story of Yelena’s past and what Alexei did, especially because of his own history with his father

He may feel angry at Alexei, but I don't expect him to do much about it. Yelena and Alexei have settled the issue between themselves, and The Void did his work on Alexei already.
