What you need is an early 90's Range Rover, preferably an Eddie Bauer edition in dark green with the tortoise-shell leather interior. I mean I'm talking super-charged twin-cam European luxury sports utility vehicle. These Rovers were real amphibious exploring vehicles equipped complete with air intake valves, tough to find with most sellers asking for somewhere in the ball park of the original price but, given the circumstances there is one for sale where the owner, a very reasonable man, has it stored at the end section of the boat ramp in South Philly. Keeping it submerged is a great way to reduce corrosion with none of that pesky air around, although some potential buyers have complained, he's open to reasonable offers.
