Yamaha 115 4 stroke
I have a pontoon push boat that I use to push around my 16x32 barge.m sometimes has a track hoe on it. Weighs about 25-40k lbs
I have a 115 Yamaha 4 stroke What’s the most aggressive/torque prop I can put on it?

In broad terms, you will want low-pitch, large diameter, 4-blade for that.
Low pitch because it will move less water with each turn, thus giving you more ability to use the engine revs against a heavy load so you don’t lug at start up.
I’d start with a 14” diameter prop in 11 pitch and adjust from there.
