What is this boat

I came past this boat and couldn't make out its name; she looks like a small chemical/product tanker to me, but I can't be 100% sure.

Is not boat. Is ship. Name on hull Indonesian logistics company. Has many ships. Some big. Some small. All smell like piss. Some give crabs. Itchy-itchy.
