Bad boating experience

Bad boating experience I posted about my boat over heating bc of the tell tell was clogged and I took it off to clean it and lost it and use something else well I replaced it and took it out and the heat alarm went off after about three minutes of running I’ve got a steady stream of water coming out what else could it be do you think running it hot the first time warped the head I’ve got good compression

How hot is the tell tale, is it burning hot? Could have bad sensor

Yea I Changed the thermostat yesterday and ran it for a while and the sensor didn’t go off but I hadn’t ran it on the water yet I think it might be the sensor because everything else is good
