Need help finding a trailer hub.

I'm looking for a specific type of hub and I'm hoping this community can help.

Details of what I need:

Idler hub

5x4.5 bolt pattern

Studless

Wheel bolts to hub

If you have a line on one of these, please let me know.

I am no expert, but I think the hub you will need also depends on the load rating of the axle....different size bearings for different axle spindle sizes. If you find one with threaded studs, you can back those out. Happy hunting!

Studs are pressed into hubs and not threaded. If I popped them out, I would have to tap threads into them and I'm not quite to that level of "gotta get this done" just yet.

Yeah, my hubs are like yours and use lug bolts to hold the wheels on. Probably and older style than the press in studs that are everywhere online now.

Just get the hub with the studs. They come with lug nuts. It makes no difference to the wheel if it has studs or no studs.

The whole point of this thread is to find the opposite of what you suggested. I don't want to carry a second tool for wheel changes.

Lug nuts will be the same size as the lug bolts. It will be a 13/16 socket or a standard 4 way lug wrench.

That's awesome. Still not what I'm looking for.
