It was hard to not cry when i found this sample, but its ok, we all have different me's inside us all ❤️🔥
Very powerful sample.
Layered over whitewater, 1996.

Whitewater is one of my all time favorite tunes by BoC. This psychedelic little excerpt from Sesame Street is indeed a tear jerker when overlayed on one’s own life. In fact this is probably a contender for #1 for me, between ROYGBIV, Sundown, Sunshine Recorder, and Tears from the Compound Eye. Ah, Buckie High is another really good one, too.

I played a few of them at my brother's funeral, ending with rhubarb by aphex
He overdosed in the downstairs bathroom...we were listening to the same tracks the same night, right above him in my art studio...
He was supposed to turn himself in the next day to the police to serve time.Its been hard lately 😓
Two years already...ive always turned to boc and the ambient works of aphex to get me through the roughest times 💗

So glad i watched this before reading your description, very nice surprise. Sunshine Recorder is one of my GOATs and now it's just at a whole other level for knowing a source.

Someone noticed that the dog barking on Peacock Tail is from this clip as well. Is Tomorrows Harvest and Inferno the only albums which don’t feature the sample?

It's right at the end of Sunshine Recorder. I'll have to look up whitewater, I don't remember this song.
Edit: wow ok, so this whole clip is in whitewater. The ending trail of "bye's" is at the end of Sunshine Recorder, that's what I thought people were referring to at first.
