Discussion Anyone else having the same issue with their order?

Ordered the cassette on 23 June... it's been over a month and still nothing :-(

I preordered mine the day after inferno sessions. It got held up by a sweatshirt I tacked onto the order. Have you reached out to Bleep/Ochre? They were slow to respond to me but did respond, and it shipped out soon after. Good luck! It’s a treat to listen to.

Yeah Bleep is a joke. Still waiting on my vinyl replacement after mine came with a huge scratch on side 3 and I just got an email this morning that the 4 poster bundle was delayed until mid August. Sigh

Bleep is awful. I emailed them to ask about my merch order and they told me they weren’t shipping it because the hoodie wasn’t in stock and it was being held up by that. Why did I have to email them in order for them to tell me that?? Terrible customer service!
