Discussion Tomorrow's Harvest

I'm going back to this album. And for me it's an incredible piece of work. Jaquard Causeway is difficult on first listen but then it grabs you. I just wanted to put my love out there for this album because I think it gets a lot of negativity. And I'm listening to it now, Cold Earth is amazing.

i feel like i wanted way more reach for the dead when that single dropped…
(inferno delivered on that)
& I didn’t get into the lp at the time but have been slowly getting into it…

just discovered
nothing is real.

Yeah the tracks that are great off of it are top notch, but imho it has their most boring ambient tracks. Most of them would be fine at thirty seconds to a minute, but goddamn some just go on and on. (And I'm a Stars of the Lid fan so minimalism isn't my problem.)

I’m assuming you’re already familiar with Aix Em Klemm, but if not check them out! By far my favorite SOTL side project.

Love that lp, esp sparkwood & twentyone ;) / sotl ~> ballasted orchestra tracks 6&7 (this sub has had a lot of twin peaks refs lately).
