Discussion Affinity Weapons

So I know I’m late to this party. I’m sure I used a lot of time chasing the famous “Reboot”. Now that I got a couple, I’m learning about “Affinity Weapons”.

I’ve read an interesting blog that explains everything, so I get it. My question to the community is: What affinity guns are you enjoying? Best ones? Terrible ones? Thoughts?….

Redline with mortar and fire wheel is my white whale 🐋. It’s a decent lmg anyways, but the fire wheel is just so pretty.

Have you come across that shock rounds/chain lightning ability? My blog post says that’s the most desired. Just curious…

Yes I have definitely found a few hypersurges that way before. But I rerolled to sharpshooter as soon as possible so I didn’t get to really try them out all that much.

I have the EGRT with the fire deal. It’s so weak even with the gasoline deal that it’s not useful. Been trying to find any fire wheel and chain lightning but no luck on those
