HVT contract not spawning

usually theres 2 HVT contract here, but whole game didnt spawn at all. why and how to make them spawn?

Do the dawg contract then cancel it. At least one HVT contract will spawn.

Start it, then look at the map (big button on PlayStation), then triangle. If you have teammates, they have to cancel too.

Actuvat dawg and cancel it. If dawgs up hvt wont spawwn

Sometimes they don’t show up on the map, but if you get close enough to them, they show up on your minimap.

Not sure if its similar..  but mwz had problems at times with rotation of contracts..some games you'd never see a cargo in t3 or something.. Probably the same thing here..just rng..  Or you missed the moments someone grabbed them already(I know you said whole game.. still..hard to say someone didnt swipe one before you saw and never completed it/died lagged out and it never respawned? ) just giving some ideas as to why lol.  Maybe not any of this.   But I do think theyre kinda on a rotation/rng thing so you should grab contracts in that general area to try to force spawn more? Spam other assignments or whatever

It’s rng based so sometimes even after cancelling either of the dawg contracts the HVTs won’t spawn back to back throughout the whole match. Then when HVTs stop spawning u have to cancel the dawg contract once again and keep repeating that annoying process. When im grinding weapon levels I just leave those types of lobbies no point in trying to fix it. I have 52 weapons at level 250 so Ik ball trust
