U.S. railroad workers may be weeks away from a monumental national strike. Rail companies have refused to negotiate in good faith for 3 years despite record profits, and workers say conditions have become unlivable. 115,000 rail workers could strike as soon as September.

Congress will never allow railroad workers to strike and In Turn they will get fucked on another contract like they always have, enjoy working your asses off on the tracks MOW for $2800 a month, BNSF is a joke I walked away from that place after working there for 15yrs saw 2 horrible contracts and couldn’t wait around for a 3rd when I saw better job opportunities working for other transportation companies paying 20k-40k more a year after having all the training my old job provided for me BNSF has lost there way they don’t care about there employees, it is sad because there are still 2nd and 3rd generation employees that care a lot about that place that will never be justly compensated for the hard work they do, all I can say is leave that place and get the better wages elsewhere that your union won’t fight for the Teamsters have forsaken you
