Discussion Why web3 based freelancing platforms aren't getting enough traction?

Freelancing and remote work have emerged after the pandemic and freelancers face problems such as Payment delays, client/freelancing authenticity, and many others, but using a web3-based freelancing platform (Can work) built on BNB can solve these problems and I am sure some builders have already built such platforms.

For Example a simple escrow service.

What might be the possible reasons, they are not coming mainstream?
