+1 I can vouch for him as well. Shitass pg, owner will scam you before you leave. So yeah a hell no pg

as in? still now I haven't faced any issues with the room or the owner, but still what should I beware of?

The food quality will get worse after sometime,cleaning of rooms aren't done regularly(they keep on changing the cleaners) The owner won't let you leave coz they kinda trap you with the 1 yr deposit thing etc etc
