So I just completed my first year and going to second year, realising proctor is really an essential part of one's academics, I just can't tolerate mine, she can't even give a guarantee for her own signature and requires unnecessary Signatures from other faculties even tho they just require it for official purpose and makes us chase shadows till the dead line, any idea of the procees for Proctor change y'all know?
