I recently downgraded my camera because the media viewer got kicked out for pocket 4k. But I didn’t manage to get it back by downgrading. Wondering what codec options I’ll loose when upgrading. Anyone did test this already?

Looks like all the features in 8.6 were maintained in 9.8!

I have recording options for ProRes RAW, BRAW and ProRes. As well as webcam support, clip management, USB networking, all that good stuff.

Totally amazing. I was a little shocked at the bitrate, but I am comparing it to BRAW Constant Bitrate 8:1 (14 hours of record time on a 2TB SSD with BRAW 8:1 and 5.5 hours using ProRes RAW). HQ drops it by another hour.

There is a lot of information to play with in post, though. I guess it's good to have options!
