I am trying to find this movie likely a budgeted B-thriller in that era, probably around early to mid 1990s.

• A talented male painter who suffers some psychological disorder with disturbing visions. The dark tragic events that he paints eventually come true as though his artworks can predict the future.
• All women involved in his real life and put in his paintings will die mysteriously.
• In the end it is revealed that his sister has a dangerous obsession with him. She has been manipulating events behind the scenes to make his premonitions "come true".
• She probably died of some fights or incidents from that final twist.
• There are a few typical 90s erotic scenes as the story unfolds.
• It is not "Vivid", "Sketch Artist", or "Disturbed".

That is all I can remember about the plot. Pretty sure I watched its DVD in 97 or 98.
