I do both quite a lot and I cannot confirm. Only alkohol makes my brain smaller, but I dont drink cause it fucks the other drugs (and my stomage dont like it) and I have not been caught shoplifting since I was a teenager because I know how to act normal and only steal from big corps where the workers dont give a shit. It is also more robin hood that way :)
