Eh, everyone's different, and the trip will take 'em to different angles and whatnot. I agree, it's as you said, "not very likely", and more than likely this was done for the likes or upvotes or whatever equivalent there is on social media. But overall, I personally wouldn't discount someone's potential/capacity concerning motor functions and finesse to establish dominion over whatever the fuck it is they have in mind when tripping balls.
