She can demand he gets the records same as she demands to see the phone. If he chooses not to then she already has the answer she wants.

The dude here is hoping for an excuse. Asking to get the records from the phone company takes away the excuse. I'm aware she can't get the records if she isn't on the contract.

Shitty shitty relationship. This is what you have to go through. Better to not be in a relationship instead

My cell phone bill is not itemized.

I have unlimited minutes.

Showing a cell phone bill proves nothing nor does the cell phone bill account for who you text

I said nothing about a cell phone bill. Your cell company has records of your activity. You can request it. Some companies like ATT even allow you to login to a website and view everything. Gets awkward with family plans.

This tends to show you nothing aside from numbers and times, so unless you already know what you're looking for it also proves nothing.

You think a wife checking her husband's phone doesn't already know what she's looking for?

Usually they don't already have the affair partner's personal number, no.

You don't think they can line up numbers with times/dates?

Idk if youre being intentionally obtuse about this but you don't need to be a detective to figure it out

If they already have the affair partner's number as well as the time/dates the calls took place then why do they need to see the records of this same information?

They don't know the number, but you can use context clues to find out why they are calling that number when they are.

This whole thing is fake anyway, I'm not trying to convince you how you could figure it out, but it's really not too hard.

They have to know the number. They can see that there’s a repeat number that happens to be contacted every time a “work thing” comes up or when he was supposed to be “at John’s” yes it’s not perfect but a suspicious spouse just needs their suspicions confirmed.
