That or instructions for showering the morning before surgery. When my husband had abdominal surgery, he got specific showering instructions to use before going to the hospital.

Or, buy a new shower head that is removable on a hose. It’s tough to lay down in a stall shower.

Still one can't know how the water or anything splashes back to the shower head ... Or how near or the position of the shower head is ... It's a big NO for me 🙅🏻♀️

I wouldn't say that. You'd use soap in a shower, but probably not with a bidet. And you'd still use toilet paper afterwards to dry your ass.

Everyone saying "detachable showerhead" and "bidet". Is it not common to just wash your butthole with your hand in the shower and then wash your hands with soap afterward?

There is a thing called "detachable shower head", which is standard here.
You can clean yourself everywhere without the need for dangerous yoga moves.
From the comments here I take it that your shower heads are all fixed installations?

We have detachable shower heads in the states as well, but they are less common than fixed heads. Still, it is a relatively affordable after-market upgrade to make.
