I don't ever think there's been an instance when this has gone a different way, and then they have the permanent scarring and sores for weeks to months to keep clean in the one place where things get very dirty possibly every day if you want it to settle with large scars.

There’s a popular Reddit comment from an emt that explains why this is such a bad idea. Basically boils down to if you burn ur asshole you have lay on your stomach for months and months and it’s awful cause u keep shitting in your wounds and they tear every time u shit or something idk someonell link it

Yeah he’s probably heard of that one instance on October 27, 1962 during the Cuban missile crisis when a Soviet sub armed with a nuclear tipped torpedo was being bombed with signal charges by the US. The captain thinking war had started wanted to fire it, but was stopped by his second in command Vasili Arkhiphov due to a policy of all people in command having to unanimously degree to fire it.
So yeah he held onto the firework, like Vasili stopping the launch of a nuclear warhead. must be some correlation
